1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Gauteng and the Western Cape, with most orders fulfilled within 1–3 working days. If you’re outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll confirm whether delivery is possible.

2. How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery within selected areas in Gauteng and the Western Cape. For locations outside these zones, a small delivery fee may apply depending on the distance from our partner warehouse.

3. When will I receive my order?

Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 17:00, including public holidays. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on product availability and your location.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind since all items are shipped directly from our wholesale partner. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.

5. What happens if my furniture arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please take clear photos and contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with our wholesale partner to resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Do you offer assembly services?

Most of our furniture comes ready to assemble, with clear instructions included. We currently don’t offer assembly services, but the process is simple and designed for home setup.

7. What materials do you use?

Our collections feature premium materials such as solid wood, marble, glass, and high-quality metal finishes. Each piece is carefully selected for durability, comfort, and design.

8. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and scheduled for delivery, we’ll send you an update via email or SMS with delivery details.
